Site Search HELP
The Site Search will retrieve pages on the Macquarie University Library Web Site.
To make the display more compact and to remove the additional detail select Format: short
- To search for items in our collections use the Catalogue
- To search for full text electronic or print journals to which we subscribe, enter the name of the journal in JournalSearch
- To find references appearing in journal articles and research publications, use Databases
- To find Reserve unit folders or past examination papers, use Reserve Collection
The Site Search will search the full text of all pages on the Macquarie University Library Web Site.
Examples of queries:
opening hours
will retrieve pages where both words appear side by side.opening and hours
will retrieve pages with the word opening and the word hours somewhere on the same page.opening or hours
will retrieve all pages with the word opening somewhere on the page as well as all pages with the word hours somewhere on the page.It does not matter whether or not you use capital letters when typing your query.
