Trouble Viewing Documents?

We suggest the following possible solutions:

1. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, upgrade to Internet
Explorer 6.0 or better.
http://microsoft.com

If you are using Firefox, upgrade to the latest version.
http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/

2. Upgrade your .pdf reader to: Adobe Acrobat Reader 5 or better.
http://www.adobe.com

If you have upgraded your web browser and .pdf reader as suggested above,
and are still having problems, try 'Save Document'. This gives you two
options.

1. If you select 'Save File to Disk', you can save direct to your desktop,
allowing you to open the document at your leisure.

2. If you select 'Open File from Current Location', the file downloads &
opens the document outside your web browser.
