Frequently Asked Questions

Is automated retrieval available all the hours the library is open?
Yes. Retrieval will be available during the advertised Library hours.

How do you make sure the right item goes to the right person?
You will use your Macquarie ID to request the item – this is how it will be matched to you.

What types of items will be housed in the ASRS?
Items will be stored in the ASRS according to our agreed Collection Storage Principles.
