Student IT Service Desk provides information technology support and assistance to students of Macquarie University. We can also help with:

- Access to over 100 computers in C5C rooms 211, 213 & 217
- General computer, printing and Internet issues

- Remote access to Library databases
- Campus Card Support
- Access to unit pages and online material

Computers in C5C Rooms 211, 213 and 217 are available to currently enrolled Macquarie University students and NCELTR students.
During the midyear break, end of year break, on public holidays, and on Conception Day, IT Service Desk and PC Lab hours will be the same as Library Hours.
