Loan Conditions for Reserve & 7 Day Loan Items
Items in high demand may be available for short loan only, so that as many people as possible can use them.
Reserve
- Up to two (2) items at the same time for a maximum period of three(3) hours.
- Reserve items must be returned before the due time. If they are returned late they will incur a fine of $2.00 per hour, and this will continue to compound at an hourly rate to a maximum of $50.00.
7 Day Loans
- 7 Day Loans can be identified by the "7 Day Loan" sticker on the front or spine of the item, as well as a second sticker next to the item barcode. They cannot be renewed and cannot have a 'hold' placed on them.
- 7 Day Loans must be returned on or before the due date. Failure to do so will mean you cannot borrow anything else from the Library and will render you liable for an immediate fine of $5.00, and this will continue to compound at a daily rate to a maximum of $50.00.
