The Campus Card is issued to all enrolled students of Macquarie University.
The card is not transferable and must not be loaned or given to another person for their use.
The card always remains the property of Macquarie University and should be returned to the
University when candidature is complete.
The card should be carried at all times while on University premises as a means of
identification. It must be presented on request and when sitting for examinations or class tests
and when borrowing books from the Library.
Students must sign their card immediately it is received.
The card may be used as a reloadable debit card. If you wish to do this you can load funds on
to the card at the reloading stations located in the Macquarie University Library.
When funds are added to the card a receipt is issued. Once charged with funds the card may be
used for photocopying, network printing and purchase of small value items.
Lost cards must be reported to the Library immediately the loss is known.
When a card is reported lost both the library bar code and magnetic stripe will be disabled.
Until this is done the holder of the card will be liable for any books borrowed or purchases made
by unauthorised use of a lost card.
